Looks like a hi velocity pump for headlights. Not the normal squirter pump, which is white. The dansk white replacement pump has hose inlet/outlet swapped from the original fyi.

my fault It is the part I needed
However that the part now supplied. Does anyone know what type of electrical fitting that is. As is without any special fitting It would just collect water. I can modify it but prefer to only modify the fitting on the car. |

I agree that that is a high pressure/flow headlight washer pump, likely from a Boxster or 996. Or maybe an Audi.
It will likely blow apart the plumbing for a windshield washer system. That said, if you file the exterior key off the socket, a standard Boxster windshield washer pump connector should work. Those are easy to find. —Dave

This is the part you get if you order a Headlight washer unit for a 1980 Porsche 911. It is the FEBI BILSTEIN one that has no picture.
I have raised this with Pelican Parts but they have not given me the name of that connector. I should not have to modify it to fit . At the very least I find the fitting I then have to wire into car to fit or I cut of the shroud and change the electrical connectors on the car to fit the spade connectors which are different. |
