Engine wear, warming up, building oil pressure 911

I have stumbled upon an interesting video of a car restorer, explaining how the wear happens in the first seconds after starting an engine Basically he is explaining some fundamentals of how the engine lubrication works and presents some examples. However, those examples were all very different to each other and it got me thinking, how it is in the 911 (in my case '86 3.2). Can it be held as a 'modern' example?

Hopefully someone with a better knowledge would share some insights. Thanks.

i saw a test on oil. one result there was more engine wear AFTER an oil change.
less engine wear on just changing the filter every 3-5k miles and oil every 10k.

with porsche this does no matter but my other cars i always fill the oil filter to reduce pressure build up time.

to reduce wear crank engine with coil cable disconnected to avoid start... reconnect the cable after you see oil pressure gauge mooving and turn the key again

Preffling the oil filter is good to do on wet sump engines. I usually do it.

On a 911 that doesn’t do anything though -the 911 is a dry sump engine, and the filter is in the scavenge side of the system.
