front lower valance bolt/screw

Hi guys,

Hoping someone would know the bolt/screw size and thread for the 2 front lower valance that are used to connect the front lower valance to the chassis?

When I bought the SC, the previous owner probably hit a parking curb and bashed it in which caused the bolts/screws to shear off. I contacted Pelican support but so far they have not responded. The other thing I was thinking of was fashioning a bracket to hold the thing in place in the meantime.
