$0 < (fiero + plastic + bondo) < $25000

From the pix, it looks like something you'd get with a Happy Meal.

Or a 944 in drag.

I kind of like the cabinetry. It's rustic.

"That's pimpin hella sweet!" says the furry hat adorned gentleman as he gazes through the fog of his newly ignited crack pipe.

That's what I was going to say. What an idiot! Now he has something that has little, if any, resale value and he could have a real Ferrari, with the corresponding resale value and performance, for the same price. Why would you spend $60K to make a replica of a car that costs $60K? Some people just can't see the forest for the trees.

Looks like a Saab Sonnet. Except I think I would rather HAVE a Saab Sonnet! -- Curt

Are 512BB's really going for only $60k???? Always one of my favorites. Must be one of the 'cheapest' 12 banger Ferraris out there .....

I'm sure it's an amazing car, but to me it looks like a Pontiac Fiero.

The ad reads..

This car took 2 and 1/2 years to complete and has the listed Parts professionally installed: New Clutch, Custom Hand Made Interior, Engine Oil Cooler, High Performance MSD Igntion, Hypertech Computer, Bosch Fuel Injectors for a 3.1L Chevy V6. Bose Stereo and Amplifier.

.... and what I want to know is WHY it took that long.

BB2 was completed in , what, 12 weeks!? And its light years more of a car and probably well under 60k. Plus, the mods that 60k could really bring are not mentioned or installed.

Things that make you go hmmm.

Give me 60k and I'll build 2 911 monsters in one year and then I'll take the wife to Fiji for 2 weeks for putting up with the mess.

What grade do you think he got on the interior? It looks like a shop class project!

Now I know why Il Commendatore wore those dark shades in his later years.
