				Clutch slipping?

I recently replaced my fuel lines on the intake manifold and reinstalled the engine. After this the car would be real jumpy / jerky going engaging 1st and 2nd gears. If I let our real slow it or get moving a bit and try again I could accelerate real slow. When reinstalling the clutch cable and other components I try to keep everything like it was when I removed it but you know how that goes. SO... I removed the engine again and started my investigation into the clutch. Here are some photos so can someone let me know if you think these components need to be replaced / resurfaced, etc? Does the flywheel look ok? Some history, the clutch was replaced 7 years ago or so and has about 10k miles on it. The clutch disk is 7mm thick.

Check to see if bell housing studs have lost their grip, esp on the bottom.
