Get off my lawn!

Don't bother keeping the evaporator from the smuggler's box area. The stock front a rear condensers might me OK to store if they are in great shape. Toss the receiver-dryer. The main thing to keep is the brackets and mounts. Also you may well want to keep the main AC blower just to blow even warm air on you. The fresh air system on our beloved 911s really suck. Blowing on the windshield or your feet. The AC vents at least blow on your face.
I prefer to ride in cool comfort. With the two extra condensers in the fender wells, most of the AC system's heat is blown into the air of the fender with the two fans. My engine temps are never an issue even with the outside temps at over 100. After a while inside the car my glasses fog up when I step outside into the heat. In the end, make your 911 the car you want. It is just a car, and any changes can be changed back. Most important, drive it! I will turn 190,000 miles on my 85 before the end on next month.
