73 911e throttle bodies
hey. im pretty sure my throttle bodies need to be restored. im looking for either new or someone to rebuild them. i know they arent cheap to rebuild. so i was kind of leaning toward new ones. and recommendation's? or how difficult are they to rebuild yourself?

You need a milling machine and a boring bar to do it yourself.

any body ever buy new ones? i see a few people make them. just wondering if its better to buy new or have mine rebuilt

I bought new ones. Unhappy. Had them evaluated. It was suggested they needed to be rebuilt. Throttle angles varied greatly from one port to the next.
