Need someone with good eyes

Am i losing my mind, or is this supposed to look like this.

I just finished primer work on my 930 turbo fender flare installed carrera 3.2. And noticed the area where the accordian goes is like, slanted downward slightly. I triple check measurements before installing the fender flare and did everything by the book. Flare is dansk. Do the 930 fenders kant downward slightly? sorry, im ocd and want it to be perfect. Photos attached

I have an 86 Turbo that I can look at later today but I think looking at a bunch of cars on Bring a Trailer might be helpful. Here's one with good pics

I’m not a body guy but shouldn’t you tack the flare on with the bumpers installed?

You have it on jack stands making the front end a bit higher. That, and the outward flare are probably giving more of an illusion of a downward kant. Also, is your bumper fastened completely? That may allow some adjustment to reduce the visual effect, too. I think the hood opening, tire not being mounted, and light not completely installed are also clouding up what it will look like when complete.

I know it's a little more work, but I'd suggest completing the install and seeing how the completed product looks before getting to worried about it.

So the original plan was 964 conversion. I did use the 964 bumper for reference before attaching the flare.
