Slim Jim or feeler gauge across the top?
The knob is threaded into a large thin nut on the back so maybe just rotating back and forth until it loosens enough to turn the locked knob in place and move the catch away from the stop.

Now you got me thinking about how to remove the hinge screws. How do you remove the door from the bottom? If all else fails I will have her buy a glove box insert. Thanks man.

Now I'm thinking about cutting the metal strap holding in the glove and gain access that way. The strap is cheaper then the box itself.

Don’t think door (2 nuts under dash) can be removed with door in the closed/locked position because the lock cylinder catch will be holding it in place - but worth a try. Tight working conditions with the passenger seat in.
Aside from an old school locksmith with some picking finesse, these lock barrels are quite simple. The barrel itself won’t turn due to the indent that keeps it from spinning.

I’d weigh the expense of a replacement compartment box vs a skilled locksmitty and a set of new keys.

No keys at all?
Use vin# and have a set made. Ignition key should work on glovebox and frunk release. Unless you have a key and it is red valet key.

She has ignition and valet key so next time I visit I will try the black key with a wiggle and a jiggle and hopefully pops. If not I'm cutting the metal strap. Its the cheapest way to go.
