Pictures of short hood cars with rally lights
I find the earlier cars with nicely done rally lights to be a good (and functional) look, how about later cars. Anyone done that to off set stock lights - I know H4s are often a preferred solutions but wanted to ask.
My car has so much, um, patina that the look might work. Not sure I want to start drilling holes in my front assembly however. Thanks guys. |

It's not common. I know I have more, let me do some more digging.

Finally, I didn't think I liked rally lights, but I have quite a bit of pictures in my archives of short hoods with them installed. So the last pic I have is a bit of an extreme example.

Thanks guys - Will, those are exactly what I was looking for.
Looks like most are front hood mounted. |

I always wondered what they woud look like mounted just inside the headlights, but getting the trunk lid to open would probably be an issue. Also, I always thought they'd look cool hung under the bumper blade kind of like the stock fog lights, but they'd be prone to damage being so close to the ground.

refreshing this thread. Always loved the Cibie Pallas hood lights. Installed these a couple months ago. A little excessive but love the look and have actually used them.
