911sc - injector hard line for cylinder 1

In our newer to us ‘81 SC the hard lines off the fuel distributor are all mangled and bent weird and we want to replace them.

To that end I know our host has 2-6, but does not have the line for #1. Is this NLA at this point? Or does anyone have an idea of where to get one?

Maverck,

I have several sets of CIS metal fuel lines but I am away from home on vacation and won’t be back home till December 6. Contact me next month if you had no luck locating the metal fuel line you need.

Tony

Len Cummings (BoxsterGT) makes all sorts of fuel lines. As long as you're replacing them, consider getting nylon or SS braided versions. The steel ones are a PITA and don't flex when you are working around the engine so they get bent. I have the nylon ones, and no way would I swap them for steel.

I have been thinking of that route as well and have exchanged some emails with Len (Thanks Len!). For some reason my brain is telling me I want to go close to stock as that has been what I have been doing with the rest of the car since I got it.

I may change my mind as I keep thinking about the cost of the metal ones!!
