Factory AC delete questions for 87-89
 

On a 87-89 911 factory AC delete car

Like speedster or clubsport or even optioned

Did the factory still use the square mounting metal for the front squirrel fan ?

Or did they make it like an earlier car and change the metal all together ?


I can’t find a clear photo on the internet that shows this

After much searching I figured it out and yes
It’s just a flush piece

^ Correct. The floor section in front of the fuel tank in a non AC car does not have the raised section or the rectangular hole.

Easy to say correct after I already gave the answer
