Washer Motor minor leak; repair

Hello,
I recently cleaned up and made operational the pump motor for the windshield washer. Now there is a small seepage from the hose to pump connection.

Can anyone suggest a method to seal these connections?

Many thanks.

You still using the original hoses and connections?

The whole set up seemed a bit bizarre with various bits of hose put together with connectors, the whole thing seemed like a leak waiting to happen. I bought some new clear hose at Lowe’s and ran it directly from the pump up to the connector for the windshield washers.

I did the same. Rebuilt the old calcified nonworking pump (never use tap water) and replaced check valves that were also clogged. Replaced all with new hose.

You’ll notice how the old yellowed washer hose sort of “bells” out around the connection points.
It also has a heat shrink wrap that acts as a clamp.
If you don’t replace, cut off the distorted end, slide an appropriate sized heat shrink tube section, fit the fresh cut section over connection points(s) and apply heat to tighten it up should work too.

Okay, great advice. Many thanks
