vacuum leak test on 1980 911sc?
Hi all,
I did a vacuum leak test and found a lot of smoke comming out from the fan. Please tell me what the leak is that? See pics below. ![]() ![]() Thanks. Khuong |

Loose or compromised gaskets between the intake manifold and the heads usually cause smoke to come out of the fan. The smoke around the airbox-to-intake runners may be a cracked airbox.
