				 | Introducing: Pelican Parts LIFETIME REPLACEMENT! Pelican Parts is excited to announce our “Lifetime Replacement Parts” Program! You know us for our commitment to quality, and now we’re taking it to the next level just for you. We’ve made it easier than ever for you to buy with confidence with our newest program giving you the ability to swap out qualifying broken and worn parts purchased at Pelican Parts after January 1st, 2023 with no time limit or expiration! For the first time with us you have the power to send us back the worn/broken parts purchased this year and onward for reimbursement allowing you for stress-free purchases on the majority of our automotive parts catalog. The process is simple: • Check our list of exempt products to verify your item is not listed. • Purchase an exact replacement of the item(s) you ordered • Fill out an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with your previous order number + details • Send us back the broken/used parts in the box your replacement came in for your store credit! Makes me wonder if the parts will be identified as covered or not covered in the parts catalog. That would be helpful.

Does this cover parts I purchased from pelican before you instituted the warranty program? For instance, if I bought parts a year ago do they have the lifetime warranty coverage?

My old favorite parts place, FCP, starting doing this; and rather quickly they stopped carrying as many parts for older cars. They used to be my one stop shop and I would very rarely take advantage of their warranty. Now even things like 02 sensors they claim they cannot get (yet rock auto delivered it two days later) Very sad; let us hope Pelican continues to actually support us.

You are covering consumables when they wear out like brake pads and rotors? If so, you are praying the customer sells the car before he wears out the brakes...
