Aftermarket Oil Cooler line route around rear wheel
I installed a Mocal kit with the braided SS oil lines, but I don't think I have them routed the best possible way around the rear wheel.
Basically I ran them up the wheel well, above the wheel then back down to the cooler and tank. I have notices some tire marks on the line clamp that is closest to the tire and I have about 3/4" clearance between the two. I know factory lines would run straight across behind the wheel but what is the best route with the braided flexible lines? Pat |

I think you'll have the most clearance closer to the center line of the wheel. In this location, camber changes will have less affect on the available clearance.

Later cars have a recessed area that the line can be located into
This is my car area D
