Depending on where the cracked is located, get it welded (heliarc).
I've got one from one of my customers with the same problem, and
I'm on the way to the welding shop now.

I called around to several dismantlers and they all said theirs were all cracked as well. My old housing was oxidizing from the inside out which causes it to expand and crack like it has a tumor or something. i just bit the bullet and bought a new one from a dealer. They are very expensive, and now come in a matte black finish.

Yep, unfortunately. I've become tired of paying interest on the credit cards that I ran up when I got laid off, so I have decided to sell. The good news is that my wife will be getting some inheritance in the next 12-18 months and has said that we will get another Porsche when that comes in, so it shouldn't be for too long. I'm bummed, but have many thoughts going through my head on what to buy next, so the fun is in the planning.
