911 DIY hardware kits. Not the massive, 50 of every metric bolt known to man, packages you currently have, but maybe 10 each of the 20 most common metric nuts, bolts and screws used in each particular 911 incarnation.

you may be able to create more value from your existing inventory by offering parts kits for specific areas and years for those of us doing rebuilds. Such as, Body Rubber seal kits (doors, glass...) for 87-89 Carreras. Or, stainless brake line kits for 87-89 Carreras. Or, door rebuild kits for 87-89 Carreras. Or, rebuild kits for a G50 shifter.

If this was suggested in one of the previous 10 pages of suggestions then +1 for the idea. I got through page 6 then skipped to the end.

I'll vote for a center panel replacement for OEM seats.

Some one who can make a good, actually a great repo fan housing, one that you can just drop in with no modification, you dont have to file it, grind on it, or sand it, you just get it out of the box install your alternator and fan and install the assembly in the engine and your good to go no fuss no muss, it just plain fits.
