911 sc 1981 california. vacuum hoses etc

Hello
I have an 911 sc of 1981 california rules. I´m from spain.

The engine is rebuild but came form california dismount. Its working fine but have some fails

Cold start is a little irregular the rpms

And in hot sometimes the rpms are a little bit higger (dont go down ok) and i need to make a fast push of the acelerator and its goes down after that.

Taking a look if something was wrong in the engine, i find 2 wires disconect in the left of the engine compartiment.
i have been investigating and the wires are for a temovalve. (brown and red with white line. but i think its old sistem this ones.

but my system has a diferent termovalve . need the wires be conected??

i find an other issue, the wur i have mount have two vacuums conections and the botton one its with a cap. I don´t find nothing on internet.

thanks
