Some of it might be by using the E-brake, but that's probably mostly on really low speed hairpins. Usually it's more about what you do with the brake, gas, and steering wheel.

Looks like a lot of video editing may have raised the driver skills a bit. I saw a few spins cleverly edited to look otherwise. Wish I could get my spins edited.

Entertaining video nonetheless.

It looks like the purpose of this is a marketing deal to show off a new place to host racing videos which could be cool.
