Thanks very much for the kind words and the photoshop work, I couldn't have done that myself!

I just don't know what to do now... so when in doubt I usually do nothing I think I will order a set of black stripes and see if the mood strikes me to apply them.

Matt, what you see there is a lot of time away from home and family over the past 10 years, the overtime and travel has been great to me, but it is certainly time for me to put a little more back into my "home-life"... at least they are the instructions from my wife!

Bob T... definitely looking at deleting the duck for daily driving. I'm actively looking for an aluminum 'S' rear lid.

Fish, Russian,
Very nice looking cars. Silver for a color choice, but I would stay away from the letters.

You know, I think you might be right.

When I looked at my car today, I felt that it really looked great as is...

It's that whole can't stop doin stuff where all this lettering ideas are coming from.

I need to just leave my car alone and work on my other one.

Or maybe when I have some $$$ more engine mods/upgrades!

Thanks to all for the input!

If anyone is up for it please photoshop the porsche side script (black) on my car. I would like to see what it would look like with the rocker panels on.

Thank You

how hard is it to remove the side trim where your porsche decal sides are? Mine has that black bar under the doors all the way across. I want to get that clean shaved look like yours

Reading about Chris Neilsen's Dad's car and it iterations over the past decade had got me thinking about just how much my car has changed with me over the years.

As my tastes have matured and indeed love for the old 911 has grown, my car has matured with me Clicking my signature will take you to a near 5 year restoration of the car - I have only recently had the time in life to start enjoying it again. I haven't posted many photos here recently, so here it is these days... And Bob Tilton, you were right

I've been hearing good things about car bone liveries, overseas but have reasonable shipping rates. Only secondhand information, I haven't tried them myself, but I;ve been pondering ordering some martini stripes from them: Car-Bone.pl - Flatsix Design

John, is that you sitting on the wrong side of the car? I think Magnus is late to the party and has been copying your style 'cept for you're better looking. And, in my estimation, more likely to help a brother out/respond to questions from the peanut gallery.

The car looks great in all its iterations. Well done, sir. The stripes are fine. You can always pull them when the mood strikes. I'm old but I'm in. Maybe I'll grow a beard. PS. still rolling with the Weissach wing, so shoot me.

Hi Guys

Yeah been a bit quiet with a kid, house renos, car resto and life in general

That is me looking "Maximum Magnus" as one of the guys over here noted I suspect I'm a bit greyer too!

Will be heading to Rennsport in September so looking forward to catching up with a few old(er) faces!

I went with Bob Tilton's 'inverted' script just to be a bit different. It is 'light grey' which seems to pick up on the RSR finish of the wheels quite nicely.

Umm, we did get rather a hammering. There was quite a bit of water coming over the road and bits of kelp around the door of the garage
