As for the deck lid it takes no time at all to get it swapped, just a pain to get it all lined up.

This period seems like it was the pinnacle of cool/funky colors. Especially compared to today's gray/dark gray/darker gray choices....

Great looking Targa Dave - I can tell you there is at least one more Polar Blue / Copaflorio Blue (paint code 360) 911 out there...new-to-me 1977 coupe.

A polar blue turbo just changed hands, I think it was one of three turbo's painted that color.

Iv looked at lots of pictures of the standard colours for that year, and cannot identify it. Is this a stock colour or something cooked up by the owner...? If I went for this, would it significantly effect the value?

I'd keep the Ice Green if it is the original color! It looks great. I'm restoring my 76 and it is currently resprayed white over the original desert beige and considering your color for a respray. I suggest painting it whatever color you want unless you show the car.
