electric window opener switch

Does someone know an easy way to use the pre 74 electric window opener switches with 74- electric window motors? I am planning something with a multitude of relays, but keep thinking there should be an easier way

Yes, it can be done. I have a later window motor with a '72 window switch. The older motor has: ground, hot, up and down leads, while the newer has just two leads, I believe. I can't for the life off me remember exactly, but it seems to me that I just added a "hot" supply wire, but I don't want to give you bad info, so I'll stop there. I didn't have to use any relays, though.

I found my notes. Run a ground wire from the junction bracket mounting screw (where there is a ground wire from the harness already attached) to the window switch. The newer motor wires should be attached to the junction block as follows: green to red/white, and black to red/black. I'm trying to attach a drawing but not having any luck.
