Alternator identification
can anyone help me identify what year of 911 this alternator is from? These are the numbers / identification marks from the body
911 603 120 EX 549139 A300 Valeo YV2700 A14N67 As far as I can tell there are only 3 wire connection points. At the bottom labelled 'B' , another labelled '+61' and one on the other side unlabelled. What year & how is it wired in? Thanks

1982 thru 1989 ... engines earlier than 1975 need a later fan housing bored 9.3 mm deeper to accept the deeper housing.

cool, thanks.
So if i get this right, the B+ is the main power / feed, the +61 goes through to my alternator warning lamp & the other is the ground? BTW, this is not for my Porsche, I'm fitting it to a VW 2276cc type1 motor
