Carrera Cabriolet's

I'm looking into purchasing either a SC or a Carrera and very interested in a Cabriolet but they seem to warrent a large premium-

What can I expect to pay as a premium for the Cabriolet, and why are there so few of them?

Pick up a copy of the August Excellence. There's a mrket update that explains things well. Prices do vary from one region to the next so do your homework. I suspect a cab in SD would get more than one in Washington State. Recently it seems as though clean Coupes get the most followed closely by cabs and then Targas.

Premium? Not much these days, at least for the early cabs. Maybe a couple thousand at the most. Also, there doesn't appear to be a great shortage of them either. Carrera cabs are not hard to find. Although, any "keeper" 911 takes a while to locate, whether it be coupe, cab, or targa.
