Post pics/advice on rally lights

Anyone running additional lighting on 911? I have a 79 Euro SC with stock fog lamps, but would be interesting in running something more unique; maybe off-period round lights beside my headlights.
In addition, any experience on re-wiring would be great.

Do a search....there have been many variations done / suggested along these lines. Search on "Cibie" or Rally lights, fog lights, aux lights, etc...

I think your diagram or your connection is not correct. All the current for the fog lights goes thru the switch.
I changed your diagram.

I had Cibie Z-beams and Oscars in another car years back, excellent quality glass and build. They flamed on with the 100 watters and relays. Great lights.

Ok, new wrinkle. I am thinking of changing my fogs over to driving lights and I want them to come on when I hit the brights not shut off like the fogs do now.

Yeah, taht first diagram is not correct. The idea behind using a relay is to isloate the circuit for the device you intend to switch on. Fuse that circuit, of course, but put the switch in so that it activates the relay.

A relay is basically a switch. You're using a physical switch to trigger the relay, which then switches on the circuit that is isloated. Keeps the load/current from going through all that wire back into your dash.
