There were about 80+ cars up at Pepperdine University in Malibu on New Year's Morning.

Here are a few pics...Hangover Run 2006 Pictures

The Figaro was a modern late 80's retro design by nissan. They also built a really cool cargo van called the escagot (snail in frog language)

My favorite car there was Duane Hyatt's RS #376. Viper Green with a Kremer 3.0. Went over that puppy in great detail and couldn't find a flaw -- in today's market, a quarter-million dollar car. And he drives it like it should be driven.

Didn't get a photo. I imagine other folks that made it to Pepperdine or Duke's parking lot did...

Duan had debuted that car just after the resto at GAF this past September. Very nice indeed.

Ha-Ha what squeaky brakes? I was deaf from listening to the engine in my car, plus the rear gear noise, wind sound & a little bit of belt noise.

The engine's a 331 ci or for the metric folks it's ..5.5 liter

I wish that it was fuel injected, it was running a Little rough
between 1700-2300 rpm.
I wished that I pulled out the Msd rev limiter I bounced off of it a couple of times down pch

You 911 guy's sure have it nice on the wet stuff having all of the engine/transaxle weight over the drive wheels I had a lot of work pedaling the car trying to keep traction

I found a shot of the car from the 2005 Hangover Rally. Must've been pre-restoration...

The Porsche just went into Kevin's shop for paint, so I would have had to take the grandpa car. Still, that was the plan -- except that I ended up needing to sleep off the previous night's, er, activity.

I'm bummed that I missed it, though. Next year, somebody unlock the trunk.
