drivetrain losses
How much are the expected drivetrain losses for a 3.2 carrera when dyno testing?
Has anybody figures for the G915 and/or G-50 ? |

15% loss is the accepted value although I have also heard of folks that have actually computed 12-13%

Thank you for the quick answer Jeremy.
Just to insure we speak about the same: trivetrain losses = engine power - power at the wheels (?) (or better: engine power = power at wheels + trivetrain losses) 15% would be very low. |
