'74 Bumper Questions

Hello,
I have a 74 911s, It seems to be missing the retainer that holds the front rubber strip to the bumper. Does anyone know where I might be able to find such a thing. Also, I've been interested in getting the RS style bumpers but am lost when it comes to dealing with what will work with various flares. My car has SC style flares. I've seen a couple of places that have them but they are usually either for standard or wide body. Thank you for any input.
