What part of the south? My dad has a one owner 1982 320i sitting in his barn near Dothan, AL (small town called Ozark). It is all original and in very nice shape, but has not been driven in 10+ years. It likely needs some mechanical work due to not being driven, but it was meticulously maintained when it was driven. Absolutely no rust whatsoever, and I think the interior is in perfect condition, though I haven't looked at it in a while. I don't know what he wants for it, but it isn't much.
