CV Joints
I took my tranny out the other day to rebuild it and when I was removing one of the CV joints/axles one of the Ends just Slid right out.. Is this Normal?! What usually holds it together?

I'm guessing the axle slid out of the CV joint. I have no experience with newer units, but on the old E, the axle is held in place in the CV joint with a circular clip. Check the end of the axle, there should be a groove just in from the end. That is where the clip seats when the joint is in place.

It is an older CV Axle from a 71 T . I'll have to check to see, must be missing the C clip that would normally hold it in place.
