wheel adapters installation
Just received my newly bought wheel adapters from a Pelican member...My question is : The attach nut who bolt the adapter to the hub is protruding from the adapter flange...Normal...??? The wheel has to have a perfect smooth flange for attachment...right...? Are the nut the wrong ones...too longs...??? And is the torque value to attach them to the hub are the same than the wheel nut...?

Most, if not all wheels have a recessed area where you show the nut sticking out past the adapter. The stud is likely to stick out even further depending on the width of the adapter. Check the back of your wheel and see if the recess exists between the bolt holes.

Was there an answer to the question about what the torque value is for attaching the adapter to the hub?
