Porsche Guards Red LM3A/L80K/G1 Porsche Indischrot L80K/84A I have heard that the two are interchangeable. The fact that paintscratch.com sells the same mix for both supports this theory. |
Here's my '86... anyone know how rare sunroof delete cars were?

And how about a patriotic (Guards) red, white and blue for today? http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1189565621.jpg |
Here is my patriotic Guards red, white and blue. This was not a staged placement. All three of us arrived at the same time for a car show. The blue one is my fathers 68 912.

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1189565621.jpg[/QUOTE] Thats funny....I did a painting of a Corvair a few years ago just like your red one....sorry, this is the only pic I have. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1189574891.jpg |
Terry, that is a great piece (even a Corsa!). You've got the GM Regal Red nailed "spot on"! That's the thing that confuses folks about mine since it is Guards red instead of the "correct" GM color. Mine has 9 coats of RM lacquer, shot back in 1984. I wish I had your talent, I can't even draw a good "stick man".
