Show me your IROC bumpers on a narrow body car?

I am trying to get my head around an IROC fitted to a narrow body, late model car while waiting for mine to arrive. If you have one or have seen one would you mind posting it? Ducks are cool too

I had one on my car when I bought it, traded it for a complete stock front end after a couple of months. IMO it just didn't look right on the SC.

I kept my back CRT From Shaw and bought the new IROC from Racer's Group. Should be here next week.

Got the Ruf style 993 cup mirrors in btw, sweet but not for my back date. Looks like I'll end up using the older style mirror, driver's side only. Appreciate the heads up you gave me on the Ebay site though.

Wow! I like it even more now, looks like I'll be happy with the end resutlt if it comes out this nice.

Full polished rims, small black mirrors and brown...should look OK I think.

I noticed the mirrors for sale in classifieds dane. I have no doubt your car will look great in the end, it was awesome in its RUF/fikse guise.

Interesting, one of the cars posted seems to have the bumper "smile" with his IROC airdam, while the others don't. Is there some advantage to having the smile in place? Or not?

Also, Dane, what do you have on your car now? I thought you had an airdam already. What kind is it? Any pics?

David I pulled my Yellow Bird off the front...nothing at the moment. With an add on C/F spliter to go on the IROC

I just came into some narrow body IROC bumpers for a song and think I may try them on for size.

Perhaps my car will look "less cute"

I've got to get some trans work and a clutch done before I go anywhere. I'll probably drop the engine / trans in the next week or so. I hope to be ready to roll in Feb/Mar. I hope to do the run out to TWS with you in March.

I think I started a thread on the cute comment years ago. ...my neighbors maid or something said "cute car" I never saw the Rib from RDane until today while searching for pics of cars like mine w/ IROC bumpers. ...just bought some today ...one of those deals I couldn't pass up.

Lately, I've been thinking of doing a long hood conversion and putting the 2.8 Twin Plug motor that I've been sitting on for years. It's got MFI heads and I've been thinking about either MFI stacks w/ Motec or perhaps just MFI. It currently has Weber 46's sitting on it.

...probably just keep the 3.0 in it though it runs pretty good as it is

How's the Wide One? got things sorted out?
