Hey Marco, here are some narrow bodies. Are you doing a 964?

It's in the planning stages, but a project looms.
![]() Those pictures were fantastic, thank you. Lot's of cool ideas in there... Bill, was the line-up a homologation-style photo for the Cup Series? Last edited by Mr9146; 07-16-2008 at 08:45 AM.. |

Looking at the left rear bumper there seems to be an exhaust cutout on some of these cars. I know that some 964s came with dual exhaust, but I'm not sure if it was the Carrera RS (Euro) or the Cup Cars. Does anyone know for sure which one it was?

This car is stunning to me!
![]() To my eye, I always had an appreciation for the 964 styling. At the time, it seemed like Porsche was trying to incorporate a lot of the original lines of the longhood into a more modern design. Seeing new RS Americas in the showroom did not hurt my impression of the 964 either... Mike |

Walter Rohrl has a sweet 964 RS but I cant find any pics of it. I saw it in the British 911 magazine.
Its a black and narrow with GT3 orange mirrors and carrera graphics coupled with colour matched Speedlines like Bill's I bet it handles fairly well

Hey, I know that garage. Shouldn't there be 3 narrow body 964's in the picture?
Thanks again for bringing my parts back from Mid-Ohio. Seat is already in, mass air sensor waiting on custom software.

Bill,
that is a narrow body 964, are u saying that the 18x10 speedline's will fit in the rear what offset do they have? I might need to do some research on these 993RS wheels.

these are x18 n/b MY02 996 BBS wheels, 8ET50, 10ET65 ![]() The 993RS wheels are x18 8 ET52 & 10 ET65 front fits fine naturally, in the back a spacer is used to get ET down to ~ 47. lips are rolled and the oil line flattened(that's the way they come oem on Cup cars) these are Speedlines too but from a 964t also probably 8 & 10 by 18

Tom,
Thats it! I can only imagine how "dialed in" the suspension is on that RS, which is his personal car BTW. Must be tough

There was a pic of that car with new gt3 rs. added the color matched wheels, a spoiler, etc. Looked great.
