I think there a few different threads going, maybe thats the lack of responses?
I am going up Saturday, with a handful of people. Sunday will be a last minute decision, or else I would caravan.

I am the Show organisers' representative and assistant for Pelican. What do you want to know? Show opens at 8:00 AM both days. Vendor halls open 9:00 AM. Lit show 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Swap Meet Sunday only. I have forms to register your car in the Saturday People's Choice Show, Sunday Concours, Early 911 Show (Saturday display + judging, Sunday display only), For Sale Corral, etc. I have Swap Meet Registration Forms, too. Volunteers get free admission for you and your Porsche + an event shirt. Enjoy the show. Tony Adamowicz and Charles Navarro are the speakers.

Is there some where "cool" to park. I don't need to be "in" the show, but is there a better place to park than in the normal parking lot?

I can get you a good spot. Do you want to be on the grass over by the speakers' hall?
The R Gruppe might not mind if you squeeze in on the other side of their grass. Maybe Main Street will be open.

Another option
two of us will be heading down there from Fresno to the swap meet on Sunday early morning. We will be in a Grand Cherokee (so we have room) and will be able to accommodate 1 more person.
If anyone is interested, please let me know. I would be happy to take another pelicany down there. We will be back to Fresno by 6. Bryan |
