Looks like this show will move in January. Details are copied below from this link:
Caffeine and Octane East Cobb Car Show PS Note--I am not Mark Ritter. Just crossposting this for those who don't know about his website. Begin Quoted Text Well it’s been a great 4 years at the Avenue East Cobb, but as you might have expected we’ve outgrown the venue. Management at the Avenue has informed me that they have a new resturuant client moving in and that they will need the room on Sunday morning for their employee parking. We will be holding the December event at the Avenue, but starting in January we will be at a new location still to be determined. With that said I can use all the help I can get to find a new location. Obviously we’d like it to be relatively close to our current site, have more parking and a good place for the “caffeine” portion of our gathering. Geographically we need to be roughly from East Cobb to Sandy Springs to Johns Creek to Milton and back towards East Cobb. Within this area is where the bulk of our attendees hail from. I’m convinced we bring a good deal of revenue to a location. We just need to find a property owner that can think outside the box. If you have any leads on a possible location please email me from our contact page Contact Us – Caffeine and Octane East Cobb Car Show and lets talk. With the right location I am convinced we can continue to grow this show into the premier event of its type in the country. Mark Ritter End Quoted Text

I wonder if Hooters on Cobb parkway (Marietta)would be interested in opening early for that kind of thing....there is a large parking lot behind them that is attached...other places around there for food as well....

Anyone know where the show is moving, and whether or not there will be a show this Sunday, Jan 1? I tried to check the C&O website, but apparently their monthly bandwidth limit has been exceeded...

It is now in the AMC Theater parking lot on Mansell Rd and Northpoint Parkway. This is right off GA 400.
Supposed to be a show this Sunday Jan 2.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE
The new car get together location is excellent when you consider that the movie theater has two parking lots, a Starbucks (in the adjacent bookstore) and a Burger King (not sure what time they start serving breakfast). My advice is for all to come via Mansell, even if your heading south on 400 and Haynes Bridge might be what seems to be quicker. Northpointe Parkway can be a brutal speed trap! I can tell ya that the Alpharetta Police force take their rookies and set them up for training along Northpointe Parkway with radar guns and nail anyone who dares to go above the sped limit early in the morning. The must now know that a potential 600+ cars will venture through or near that corridor every first sunday of each month for the next four or so months. Be aware! Let the Corvette guys drive them crazy! ![]() The location is east of 400 just north off Mansell. Once you go north from Mansell (left turn) to Northpointe Parkway you will turn right at the first light (Chilis) into the theater parking lot. Plenty of room. Bob 1973.5T |

Hope to see some of you on Sunday at North Point Parkway and Mansell Rd.
Should be a chilly morning but a nice day.

WOW - HUGE turn out on a cold morning in Feb.
Over 500 cars!!! Porsche turnout seemed to be smaller than at the Avenues but maybe it was due to being so spread out. A lot of other car brands seemed to be better organized. Come on guys....let's get it together!
