Looking good.

What is your intention to do once a month?

Hopefully not starting her up.

Yes, and run it around a multi-level 60 degrees F. underground garage in first gear, until engine is warm. (5-10 minutes)

It rests with a battery maintainer connected.

Are you suggesting it would be better to let it be shut-down for 5-6 months?

The book says to run AC at least once a month...

I think the idea is to not run it unless you're going to drive it, and a few laps of the parkade isn't driving it. Just follow the various winter storage tips scattered about Pelican and use your battery maintainer. You should be good with that.

Definitely.

Starting the car without reaching operating temperature is not good. And no you can not reach operation temperature via idling or driving it a few minutes.

Way better off to change the oil in the fall, tender the battery and kiss her good night.

I can't really explain why, but I love this picture! It makes me want to fly around the NY streets and end up at a dive bar in Manhattan for some trouble!

My first P-car, it loved snow and ice, especially with steel studded tires:

Pics from last year when I sat Speed Record on Ice

Morning pic before starting up.

Pic after record run 241.7km/h average, tucked in side mirrors and narrow studeded ice tyres othervice same setup as on tarmac.

This is how it looks on autocross.
Best regards Homegrown
