What type of engine oil is recommended to run in a 79 SC with approx.
105k miles? Thanks |

This has been discused many times (use the search button) lots of choices.
I use Shell Rotella 15w40.

any 20w50 with high levels of ZDDP (actually getting hard to find). Generally you want dino oil, synthetics can cause an older engine to leak.
