I feel terrible, but I got called out of town again for a couple weeks. I will be back in Charlotte in about a week and my time should be considerably more free, and I will finish it up then. So sorry for the delay!
CFM, Paul

Member update?
Hey Paul,
You are learning a tough lesson where it comes to sharing ideas with car guys. I've certainly had similar experiences with projects I've started before I had all my ducks lined up. Since this is totally a fun idea and has no real relation to a time line, we all need to give you some slack here. It may have been a good idea to hold back on shirts and stickers until you were ready to go. None the less, it's a fun thing that hopefully you can get up an running before the initial interest wanes. Our MID9 group was up to 150 or more before the webmaster sold his middie and dropped out. We got some cool stickers and had a little fun talking about our mid-year 911's but without a longer term plan it faded away for lack of a webmaster to manage it. On a brighter note... Here's a shot from my last car show... The Carrera and the Lotus

I think you're reading too much into this. It is all supposed to be in fun, we got the shirts and stickers and had a lot of fun poking at the SC'ers. Anything that happens beyond that is icing on the cake.

Hang in there Paul. Looks like your efforts are not being wasted.
I was at my mechanic's shop the other day and randomly saw this on a car in the parking lot. I had a huge grin........and not only because it was a black Carrera. It looks your "seed" has infiltrated the masses............... ![]() The rest of you commoners, you WILL be assimilated!

That's my black Carrera at Ralph's. We should have a meet up at Ralph's one weekend and have a run.

I'm in too. 1985 Carrera Coupe. Here's an idea for your shirts, stickers and other swag. Try Zazzle.com . No outlay of cash and no merchandise to store. You can create a gallery and imbed the code in the website. Take a look and see what you think.

You won't see a lot of SC's trying the 3.2 rock climb, now will you?
On the other hand, I think I'm seeing a great way to save some space in the garage.
