FNG - Spoilers / Wings
 

Thinking of putting an RSR type wing on the back of my 82 SC and I'm wondering about the chin spoiler. I read somewhere that if you add a wing you must add a new front spoiler / valance to balance the car. Just wondered if anyone has any comments? And, if needed, does anyone know where I can get one?

Here is just one of many threads on the topic. Short answer... front chin spoiler alone, yes, rear tail of any shorts alone a nono.

Thanks for the info. So now if I do the wind I am trying to figure out what I need in the front. I see our host lists an add on rubber chin spoiler - is this what I need?

Yeap that will work on an OEM front valence, a good start. Something like this would also work, a 930S front valence with a splitter...
