Post Pictures of the Right Stance

Are those 18s stockpat?
Mine are 18s.

I can't take credit for mine either but I can't help but to feel that 18s are just wayyyyy to big for this car.

(Car is lower now)

Yes gtrp, they're Kinesis K18's. 18x8 and 18x11. I agree they're BIG on an older 911, but the look is growing on me. I get a lot of compliments on the set up and they make rear tires look like steam rollers....which I think is cool.

Congrats. I tried to buy that car, but didn't move fast enough. It is set up very well and a beast. Beautiful color too. Enjoy the miles.

Thanks for not moving faster Busta and the positives on the car from everyone. I'm loving it so far. Winter got in the way of having too much fun with it for now.

Life got in the way and I got out of a hot 930 years ago, ended up being bottom of the market. I went looking to buy it back and prices have definitely firmed up while I was away. This bastard was a compromise. The shape I loved without the anxiety of the turbo. The 3.8 pulls like a train and without the light switch turbo response. No more valve adjustments is nice also. Figuring out what parts are from '84 and which are from '95 gets interesting.

About 1/4" below euro ride height. Minutes before heading out with my daughter on 1700 km 3 day tour in very early spring. Snow in the mountain passes - that early. But, absolutely one of the best trips.

Thanks.

Picnic lunch later that morning - high up in the Coastal mountains. Top down weather, but fairly cold. Buddy Duane with his 78 3.2 short stroke. Still haven't been able to convince him to swap engines.

thanks! its my 78 SC. Repainted in original color. Fuchs redone. Rubbers etc. etc. Bought it like that.

Drives just like it looks.

Here with my other old car (where the 900 in my name is from).

the weird plate is because i got it imported that day. Its an original dutch car but i found it in belgium.

Cheers from Holland.
