I haven't seen many of those old soft windowed Targas...the ones I have seen, seem to be appreciating well. I have to believe they are getting pretty rare.

p.s.---that green 912 is darn sweet also. You must be a heckuva horse trader

yes turn and burn i have been lucky lately 3 SWB 911 /912 score's in 2 months all in the $3500 range the 912 is 159 off the line in 1965
Now retired i have 30 years+ to finish them all

we will be in ocean park/longbeac WA in the summer time so it will be lake havasu AZ in the winter time and longbeach in the summer we will have to lok each other up Cheers Greg

well some more pic's of the rebuild. it wound up costing with frame work,parts and paint $2700 all the hood/fender all line up very well
the frame guy did a amazing job same with the kid i got to match the paint on the car also i bit the bullet and ordered the soft back window kit $2500 but back to stock as possible

well the engine is stock with new webbers needs a set of plugs leeks some oil the PO was an older guy and put 2700 miles on it in 12 years and i bet it bidn't leve mercer island to often. so a new set of plugs and a good thrashing it needs and that it will get! and then i will have more info on that later. i do have a sweet 68 901/14 sitting on the deck if i need to do a quick change it will be in lake havasu az buy mid december no more soggie washinton state
