OBX headers: What mufflers will fit off the shelf?

Thanks for helping out. I've got a 1989 3.2 targa. My heat exchanger on the left side is leaking and am looking for cheaper stainless steel headers. The OBX off ebay seems a good gamble. But I dont have a trusty exhaust expert to burn me some custom tubes.
I would like the headers to go straight onto a 2in 1 out muffler. Would anyone know which mufflers will fit? Do i need to get some interconnecting tubes to connect up to say a M&K 2in 1 out system? And would the tube diameters be quite different?

alternatively what would be a good alternative that can be bought off the shelf?
SSI seems good but they now cost $2000US for the whole system.....i need them shipped and installed as well......a hefty cost for such an old girl.
