YOur #1 Reason for having your Friend drive with you in your P-Car!

My #1 reason would be so he can hold my Drink! Damn P-cars and their No cupholders. Porsche can put in a ashtray but not a cupholder....

whats your reason?

I read in a review of a "new" (at the time) 911 that said:
"The 911's cupholder remains where it has always been - between the driver's legs."

The world's only 150 MPH Bulldog (last spring, NYC to Indianapolis; he didn't seem very impressed).

LOL  Cute dog. But not the only one that travels by means of a Porsche. I had a little yorkshire terrier sitting on the passenger seat once. He kept looking at the seat very interested. He was probably wondering what all the vibrations and deep humming noise was about :D

Still I think the 150 mph qualifies yours' as the fastest dog.

JOKING...I'm only joking...geez

No one should drink (or eat) in a 911. It is a driving machine, not a Honda. Unfortunately, I don't heed my own advice. Between my legs is where my drinks go.
The reason I have my friend ride with me is because he begs me.;)

To catch loose objects which would otherwise fly away on the highway (Targa top off).

To keep me from talking to myself about what suspension upgrades I need to make next and whether I think my MFI is running too rich/lean today. :)

If I am a Porsche freak today, this has everything to do with my 12-year old son, Haroun. He's a total Porsche freak, has twelve 1/18 scale Porsches and knows all the details I always miss...

So, he's my official co-pilot. We drive only on public roads, no races or anything like that, we're in a French and Belgian club, and in May we'll go together on a Porsche-Ferrari touristic rally.

A friend's also promised to take Haroun on a lap (or a few) in his 993 when doing the Porsche days at Spa-Francorchamps... Lucky boy!

Well my first question is, did the dog look like that BEFORE the trip? Hanging his head out the window tha fast could be fatal for him... Beat to death by his own cheeks!

Man, I slay me... :D

If you are in the U.K. and have a LHD car a passenger is the true test of whether you can safely pass that carrot truck or (as they call em) Lorrie. Spent 3 1/2 years over there with a good friend who had a LHD Saab. Know the value of a passenger and have doen the "Oh God don't pass now" scream many a time!:D
