So, what does a 5000 mile hotrod 959 cost these days?

600hp has got to just be brutal in that car.

Interesting that the odometer shows no miles.

Great color combo!

That is super looking. WOW. Love it. Still got the same rear lenses as my SC, gotta love that. To be fair the interior is not that much different from a Carrera either - suppose that's where the similarities stop.

Cool car but but I'm just not a fan of that front end. It's like having a rifle with no front sight. I like the two funky headlight towers.

Interesting how this is an 87 and they were able to use the 944 climate control system (which was available in 85), however in 911's we are stuck with our crappy controls all the way through 89.

What are the compartment flaps for on each side near the rear wheels?

944 climate control, old rear lenses, carrera interior....where exactly did they spend all that money? Does look awsome from that rear view though....

I believe one is engine oil and one is hydraulic oil (for the suspension system).

Price is probably closer to $600K. Some of these cars have sold in the past two years at 4XX,XXX. There has been much written on PP and on Rennlist about Canepa. He's got his fans and his detractors. The guy can drive a car though, for sure. I visited his facility late Spring, and there were some very nice cars there. There is also some controversy about the federalizing claimed.
