Post Pics of your Rallye Car

This might be different... We see alot of replica/tribute hot rods of RSR's and IROC's and such, but not to many replicas of rallye 911s such as the Paris-Dakar 959 or this SCRS. Has anybody built such a replica?

That Rothman's car looks great!
I'm not sure if this is a replica, but thought it looks nice and fits the Rallye genre

here are a couple tribute cars we were involved in
they are both based on 911SC coupes. The rothmans has a full cage, raised suspension, off road tires

Good deal Dave! nice to see I'm not the only one with a warped mind. How was the suspension raised and where did you get the lights?

Real-deal 911 rally car pics:

Don't you love the whitewall "Sears Radial Tires"? I like the padlock on the gas filler door (I assume that is what it is). I wonder if they ever hit any wildlife with the "rhino bars".

Yes, we do sell the exact replica of the hood lamp pod
its 3 pieces : Main pod casting, adjuster rear base, and the "transit stage" cover. You have to source the lamps and hardware to attach it

Here is a thread on a rally car suspension we did
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/470638-rally-car-suspension-project.html

The car doesn't carry any of the retro livery. Our focus was on making the mechanicals work right at +3 inches.

Hey Dave - are you guys doing the Gruppe 4 bolt-on flares? If so, any pics mounted on a car?

Wow, any more hi-res pics of this one? I really like the way the flares and side runners were done.

Both of the cars in the thread are real ones, as far as I know.

I could be wrong, but the first one looks like a 959 kit. There are allot of huge differences between that one and the second one.
