Brake lights not working 1967
Hey guys hope anyone can help me out sorting out the issue with my 1967 911 brake lights, it’s been driving me crazy. All of my other lights are working blinkers, running lights, and hazards. I’ve removed both taillights and cleaned all the connections and ensured that the bulbs are fully seated and have contact. As well as ensured that none of bulbs are out and inserted in the proper orientation. Most recently I changed all the female connections, cleaned the wires, and checked that the brake reservoir has fluid since the switch relies on pressure, but have had no luck. What else should I be checking?
Thank you ![]() |

I'd start by going to the brake light switch and connecting the two wires together, bypassing the switch, if the lights turn on, with the key on, the switch needs to be cleaned, fixed, adjusted or replaced.
