Your Momo set up should be the same as my 930 Wheel.

Pull the fuse or disconnect the battery then remove the steering wheel, You will find the "wiper contact" it may need to bent out a bit to make full contact with the copper ring on the steering wheel.

Take this time to emory clothe the edge of the ring to insure it will not develop a scratching noise or hum when you turn. Over time and use the edge sharpens and then places groves on the contact and as a result, noise.

Use some di-electric grease to lube the contact point of the wiper contact.

Inspect the spade and wire as well, if loose or shorted, correct.

it grounds through the u-joint shaft, and that's not the best ground after 25 years of use, a minute bit of play and hardened grease.
