Per the kind folks here at Pelican, the OEM door pockets are no longer available ($NLA) for my '85 FTL Targa.
![]() So what would be a good price for a used pair with the correct carpet color? ![]()

IMHO, around $150/pair if black in good condition; more for other/rarer colors.

PH, definitely....stay away from LA Porsche. On the East Coast dC Automotive is fair. I used to do a lot of business with them.....but since they moved down south...dunno. 20th Street has had some good reviews.

There are black ABS ones available, never tried them so I don't know if there are any issues. You would have to cover with carpeting matching the material in your car. I would be reluctant to buy a used set and would only do so if the price and condition made it worth while. The pockets on these cars were pretty flimsy when new and most, I have seen, have cracked between pockets allowing the pocket to bulge out from the center of the lid. Cheers

I've purchased a pair of very good condition ones here for $50/pair. Be patient, they come up from time to time as people switch to a rs style interiors. No need to spend more than $100 on a good used pair, IMO.

I just did a search in the classifieds for you. Lotta info there, including ads like this one
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-used-parts-sale-wanted/635775-stock-door-panels-pockets-pulls-rear-bumper-shock-mounts.html Yeah, these aren't perfect, but I don't need pockets, so didn't look at all the adds. However, I think that this shows that pocket tops and door pockets can start pretty cheap. When you're looking at $50 or $100 a pair, they tend to be in much better condition. use the search function in the classifieds, it is your friend. And post a want to buy ad over there, too. Good luck.
